After doing that, you have two options, either watch the video in the small embedded window on the web page, or download the video to your hard drive and watch it offline. To download it, right click the "download file" link, and select "save target as"

If you left click the download link, the file will open in Media Player, and you will have to login again, to authenticate the Media Player to the site.
